The 14 Zodiacs on board with their 36-hp engines guarantee breathtaking discoveries almost within arm’s reach. Whether remote coasts or penguin colonies close enough to touch – no one has to remain on board when the Zodiac fleet heads out to make new discoveries.
4. Experts on board
Our voyages to the Antarctic are accompanied by a number of experts covering all of the relevant areas of knowledge so that passengers can learn what is behind the fascinating world they see. Answers can be given to virtually all of your questions, whether they are regarding history, geology, flora or fauna. Our lecturers go along on every Zodiac trip and shore excursion. Back on board, you can attend the so-called "recaps", during which the experts recapitulate the experiences of the day, prepare you for the coming highlights and share their knowledge with you.
